Our first stop is Restaurante Javier, a cozy spot known for its traditional Peruvian dishes. Here, indulge your taste buds in the exquisite flavors of Causa, a potato-based delight, and Pulpo al olivo, a savory octopus dish that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.
